Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using The Code Munk (TCM One) learning platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, participating in live cohorts, or using any services provided by The Code Munk ("TCM One"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

To access our courses, code repositories, or student portals, you must register for an official account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Promptly notifying TCM One support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Ensuring you are at least 16 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials, video lectures, code frameworks, exercises, logos, branding, and platform software provided by TCM One are the exclusive intellectual property of The Code Munk.

  • Personal License: Students receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and complete course materials for personal learning.
  • Restrictions: Screen recording, downloading for public distribution, re-selling course content, or sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All program fees, payment plans, and discounts are clearly stated at checkout.

  • Transparent Pricing: All listed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 calendar days of batch start date, provided less than 20% of recorded material or live sessions have been consumed.
  • Installment Plans: If enrolled via an EMI or installment plan, missed payments may temporarily suspend platform access until payments are restored.

5. Community Code of Conduct

TCM One fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment across our Discord, Slack, and WhatsApp channels. Members agree to:

  • Treat fellow learners, mentors, and staff with respect and professionalism.
  • Refrain from harassment, hate speech, spamming, self-promotion, or posting offensive material.
  • Respect copyright and refrain from sharing pirated software or unauthorized exam dumps.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from community spaces.

6. Limitation of Liability

While TCM One provides industry-relevant training, portfolio projects, and placement assistance, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary packages, or exam ranks, as success depends directly on individual effort, performance, and market conditions.

7. Modifications to Terms

TCM One reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
